The seasonal forecast for Belize for the quatrimester December 2021 to March 2022 is suggesting rainfall amounts slightly above normal (colour yellow) for the northern districts of Corozal and Orange Walk as well as the coastal parts of the Belize district.For the Stann Creek district, the greater part of the Toledo district and the southern parts of the Belize and Cayo districts,rainfall amounts will range near normal(colour yellow).

The La Nina phase of the ENSO cycle will continue for this quatrimester.Conditions are expected to return to the neutral phaseduring the trimester August to October 2022.
